Carlos Rosado
Club Director

Carlos Rosado is a passionate and dedicated volleyball coach with over 15 years of experience at the club, high school, and collegiate levels. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Arts in Physical Education and Sports Technology, with a minor in Special Education, from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in 2007. During his collegiate years, Rosado was a four-year member of the men’s volleyball team (2003–2007) and also contributed to the men’s basketball program as a member of the statistical support staff.

Carlos began his coaching journey in 2009 with Nortex Volleyball Club and continued to grow his impact in the volleyball community through his work at Madfrog Volleyball Club from 2010–2014. During his time at Madfrog, he served in multiple roles including head coach, Director of Coaching, assistant coach, and Sand Volleyball Program Director. His leadership helped shape many young athletes both on and off the court.

In 2014, Rosado joined the University of Oklahoma women’s volleyball program as a volunteer assistant coach. His contributions earned him a promotion to Director of Operations in the spring of 2015, where he supported the program’s day-to-day operations and athlete development.

Since 2019, Rosado has served as the varsity assistant coach at Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) in Addison, TX. Under his leadership and mentorship, the TCA volleyball program achieved a 3rd place finish at the state level in 2020—one of the school’s highest finishes in recent years.

In 2024, Carlos expanded his impact by joining The Covenant School of Dallas as an assistant varsity coach, continuing his commitment to developing athletes with excellence and character.

Carlos Rosado is known not only for his technical knowledge and strategic insight, but also for his heart for mentorship and athlete development. He remains committed to building strong, character-driven athletes who succeed both on the court and in life.
