Audrey Sacarello

Coach Audrey has been a dedicated part of the Arsenal volleyball family for nine years, coaching a wide range of age groups including 11s, 13s, 15s, and 16s. She also spent the 2019–2020 season coaching 8th grade volleyball at Trinity Christian Academy and most recently coached varsity during the 2024 season.

As a player, Audrey competed at the highest club levels from 12s through 18s and was a four-year varsity athlete in high school. Her competitive experience includes multiple regional appearances and earning a national qualifier medal, reflecting her deep understanding of the game from both a player’s and coach’s perspective.

One of Audrey’s favorite parts of coaching is the travel to out-of-state qualifiers, where she sees firsthand the strong bonds that teams build during those special moments. She values the relationships and growth that happen during those intense, shared experiences.

Audrey believes a great coach must adapt her teaching style to fit each player’s unique learning pace and style. She has honed her ability to explain volleyball concepts in multiple ways, ensuring every athlete on her team understands and grows throughout the season. Her focus on individualized communication has been key to helping her players reach their full potential and love the game.

Audrey holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. Outside of volleyball, she is a full-time mom to two daughters and enjoys spending her free time relaxing at local coffee shops.
