Regan Russell
Reagan brings both competitive playing experience and a relationship-focused coaching style to the court. She has coached club volleyball for two years, beginning with a 16s team at Power Volleyball Club before coaching 13s at Dallas Arsenal Volleyball Club during the 2025–2026 season.
Reagan played high school volleyball at Hebron High School as an outside hitter and defensive specialist, where her team earned a state championship title. She also competed in club volleyball from ages 11 through 18 with various organizations before continuing her playing career at Bluefield State University as an outside hitter and defensive specialist. During her collegiate career, her team achieved a national championship victory.
As a coach, Reagan prides herself on being highly competitive while also building strong, positive relationships with her athletes. She believes successful teams are built on trust, accountability, and creating an environment where players feel motivated to grow both on and off the court. Her goal is to develop confident athletes who love competing and enjoy being part of a strong team culture.
Reagan earned her associate degree and also holds a professional barber license. Outside of volleyball, she enjoys spending time with her growing family, including her son, another baby on the way, her dog, and her three cats.
